Payment will be done through Paypal invoices primarily unless specified otherwise in an opening post.

My preferred form of communication is either through Discord DMs or email. If you don't have/aren't comfortable with either of those two, I can also do Toyhouse as a method.

Character references are necessary to complete the commission! While other types of references are optional (the pose, clothes, layout guide, etc), they can really help to speed up the process of the drawing.

If you do not have a visual character design for me to work with, but already have ideas of how you want the subject to look, I can offer to make the design for an added fee.

I recommend that you look over the examples page to see what I can do in relation to my style, and to get an idea of what the final piece could end up looking like.

I have the right to reject any commission order I don't see fit in doing, even after I started the artwork.

You have the option to pay half up front and half after the initial sketch is done, but paying everything off from the start is fine too. If you would like to do a payment plan, feel free to bring it up with me and we can talk.

Once I have started work on your commission, I can only refund up to half of the total amount paid for the commission to compensate for the work already done.

This also applies if I don't see myself fit for doing a commission while it's in progress anymore. If this ever happens, I'll let you know and issue a refund.

You are allowed a total of 3 major edits to the sketch (Entirely different poses or clothing, for example) before I start charging for more large edits. After the sketching phase is done, and I start on the next steps, further edits that would need to alter the pose more or similar will cost money, and varies on the amount of work needed to be redone—same for color and rendering.

I am only human, and alongside having a part-time job and looking into college, I am not available all of the time to talk about commissions. I make it a point to get back to clients as soon as possible, but if you see me talking and posting elsewhere while you have an unanswered message, please be patient so I can be sure to give the optimal response when I can.

Once the commission is completed and fully paid for, you're free to use it however you like for personal use as long as you credit me (Commercial usage will be brought up further down the list if relevant)

HOWEVER, you are absolutely NOT allowed to use it for any sort of cryptocurrency, feeding to AI, or commercially when you stated the order as being personal. Violation of this will have you blacklisted from requesting more art from me, blocked, and potential of me taking further action if needed, including me revoking the right for you to use the image any further.

If you are caught using my artwork for crypto or A.I. training while the commission is in progress, I will be ceasing communications and will NOT be refunding any amount of the money sent for this order. Using A.I and/or crypto with my artwork while the order is in progress will be putting your chances of a refund at risk, so please reconsider doing so if that is your intention.

When the commissioned order is done, I will be uploading the watermarked image to my account (unless you would like for me to hold off from showing it for any reason, then please let me know). If you would like to re-upload your commissioned artwork personally, you're free to use either the watermarked or un-watermarked version on your platform. However, you are not allowed to edit out my signature, which will be present for both versions. (Cropping the image for a profile picture, for example, is fine. Just be sure credit can be found somewhere on the page.)

At the end of the order form, type in "Vocal" to confirm you have read through this. The code will be changed every few openings to ensure potential clients have read through this and other changes from past openings. I am NOT responsible for you missing a point on here about refunds and such if something that would require such arises.

Anything in the “Will not draw” list below will not be considered at all, please don’t try to work your way around it or you will be blacklisted from requesting art in the future.

If you'd like to use my work commercially, you will have to mark that on the form while filling it out for an order. You will then be charged extra for royalties (the amount depending on multiple factors like for what use, the audience, and more). The added amount will be noted in the quote before I send the invoice.

You will be granted licensing to my artwork, meaning that you're only allowed to use my artwork in ways that we both agree on. If you would like more permissions in the future, additional charges could be made depending on the request.

In the case that you, the client, overreach the licensing agreement we made, there could be a chance of me revoking further use of the image for commercial purposes.
