Payment will be done in PayPal primarily unless specified otherwise in an opening post.

My main preference of communication for commissions is through my comm hub discord server (linked on the home page). Otherwise, they can be done through email or discord DMs, as I have more chances of responding quicker on those.

Character references are necessary to complete the commission! While other types of references are optional (the pose, clothes, layout guide, etc), they can really help to speed up the process of the drawing and come out the way you want. I can't do much designing if you don't have a character for me to work with, but I can do different colors/small add-ons to the design.

I recommend that you look over the examples page to see what I can do in relation to my style, and to get an idea of what the final piece could end up looking like.

I have the right to reject any commission order I don't see fit in doing, even after I started the artwork.

You have the option to pay half up front and half after the initial sketch is done, but paying everything up front is fine too, just let me know what you'd prefer.

You can ask for a full refund up until the halfway point (I decide what that point would be). After that, I'll only refund half.

This also applies if I don't see myself fit for doing a commission while it's in progress anymore. If this ever happens, I'll let you know and issue a refund (amount based on point above)

You are allowed a total of 3 major edits to the sketch (Entirely different poses major, for example) before I start charging for more large edits. After the sketching phase is done, and I start on the next steps, further edits that would need to alter the pose more or similar will cost money, varying on the amount of work needed to be redone, same for color and rendering.

I am only human, so please don't rush me to complete something if there's no specified deadline. I have a life outside of art alongside a part-time job, and can't always be at the computer even if I wanted to (this also applies to communication, I can't be on call 24/7 regarding commission work. Talking elsewhere, like on other discord servers does NOT mean being in office. If you try getting me in contact about your order outside where we were already discussing it through, I may consider cancelling it entirely.)

Once the commission is completed and fully paid for, you're free to use it however you like for personal use as long as you credit (Commercial usage will be brought up further down the list if relevant)

HOWEVER, you are not allowed to use it for NFTs/Crypto, feeding to AI, or commercially when you stated the order as being personal. Violation of this will have you blacklisted from requesting more art from me, and potential of me taking further action if needed.

If you'd like to use my work commercially, you will have to mark that on the form while filling it out for an order. You will then be charged extra for royalties (the amount depending on multiple factors like for what use, the audience, and more). The added amount will be noted in the quote.

If you decide to re-upload the commissioned work on a post or somewhere like toyhou.se, please use the watermarked version provided. The un-watermarked artwork is for you and you only if ordered for personal use (i.e. banners, profile pictures, etc).

At the end of the order form, type in "Glass" to confirm you read through this. The code will be changed every few openings to ensure potential clients have read through this and other changes from past openings.

Anything in the “Will not draw” list below will not be considered at all, please don’t try to work your way around it or you will be blacklisted from requesting art in the future (As well as blocked from socmed if needed).
