Payment is through Stripe invoices (can be paid with card, Apple/Google pay, CashApp, and more). Paypal is also available if you don't have any of the above, but I prefer using Stripe due to fees.

If ordering with an eShop card code as payment, PLEASE wait until I confirm your order before you buy the card. If you're outside the US, I can provide a link on where to get a USD eShop code.

Communication will be mainly through the discord server linked on the main page. If that's not available to you, I'm able to use emails or dms (Twitter or Instagram)

Please note that I'm mainly a Splatoon artist, meaning I haven't spent much time drawing, especially rendering, other types of designs (humans/furries/etc.); if you want a more desirable outcome I'd recommend sticking to something related to the game

Character references are necessary to complete the commission! While other types of references are optional (the pose, clothes, layout guide, etc), they can really help to speed up the process of the drawing and come out the way the client wants. I will not make designs if you don't have a character reference for me to work with.

I recommend that the client look over the examples page to see what I can do in relation to my style and to get an idea of what the final piece could end up looking like.

I have the right to reject any commissions I don't see fit in doing

I may use what I draw as portfolio material, including commissioned work that I see reflect my skills best

The client has the option to pay half up front and half after the initial sketch is done, but paying everything up front is fine too.

The client can ask for a full refund up until the line art phase or similar is done. After that, I'll only refund half the paid amount

This also applies if I don't see myself fit for doing a commission while it's in progress through personal reasons. If this ever happens, I'll let the client know and issue a refund (amount based on point above)

You are allowed a total of 3 major edits to the sketch. After the sketching phase is done and line art has started, further edits that would need to alter the lines or similar will cost money, varying on the amount of work needed to be redone. Same for color and rendering

I am human, so please don't rush me to complete something if there's no specified deadline. I have a life outside of art, and can't always be at the computer even if I wanted to (this also applies to communication, I can't be on call 24/7 regarding commission work. Talking elsewhere, like on other discord servers =/= being in office)

Once the commission is completed and fully paid for, you're free to use it however you like for personal, non-commercial use as long as you credit

HOWEVER, you are not allowed to use it for NFTs/Crypto, AI art, or commercially, violation of this rule will have you blacklisted from requesting more art from me

If you decide to re-upload the commissioned work on a post or somewhere like toyhouse, please use the watermarked version provided. The un-watermarked artwork is for you and you only.

At the end of the order form, type in "Wave" to confirm you read through this. The code will be changed every few openings to ensure commissioners have read through this

Anything in the “Will not draw” list below will not be considered at all, please don’t try to work your way around it or you'll be blacklisted from requesting art in the future.
